FOR MEN WHO'VE DONE THERAPY, READ THE BOOKS, EVEN ASKED CHATGPT — AND STILL FEEL STUCK

Jealousy, overthinking, panic when she goes quiet — one root cause, and a program that removes it.

You can explain every one of them — you've done the therapy, read the books, maybe asked ChatGPT at 2am. Understanding hasn't changed what fires in your body when her mood drops. The Academy fixes the root, so the pattern stops firing.

The patterns underneath

Checking her socials, replaying the argument at 2am, saying yes when you mean no.

Most men spend years treating these separately — a book for the anxiety, a podcast for the boundaries, therapy for the childhood. Underneath, it's the same mechanism running all three. Here's how it sounds in the men I work with:

Pattern · 01

"I don't know who I am"

The self was never built. It got assembled from external feedback: parents, partners, achievements. When the scaffolding moves, there's nothing underneath holding you together.

Pattern · 02

"I have to earn love"

Love was conditional on performance, usually parental, usually paternal. So love that comes easy feels worthless, and you chase the one who pulls away.

Pattern · 03

"I know it but I don't feel it"

The understanding lives in your head, and the reaction lives in your body. You have the framework, the diagnosis, the language. None of it stops what fires when it counts.

How it works

The method: four types of work, done together.

If you just do the emotional work and become emotionally neutral, but you still have self worth issues, you can end up worse, because you don't have the anxiety to stop you. That's why the Academy runs all four at once.

Stream 01 · Shadow integration

Reclaim what you buried in childhood.

Trace the reaction back through its layers to the shadow underneath, and reclaim what was disowned. The assertiveness, the anger, the presence don't disappear. They leak out sideways until you re-own them.

  • Trace each pattern back to the layer it was installed at
  • Integrate the trait itself, so the symptom has nothing to run on
  • Foundation: Jung · Layers of the Shadow · Complexes

Stream 02 · MindClear Process

Neutralise the emotional charge.

Find the equal and opposite perspective for each emotional charge until the charge neutralises — it's not suppression or reframing, it's perceptual balancing applied one event at a time, until the trigger stops firing. Dylan's recovery time dropped from weeks to minutes, and twelve of the fourteen filmed case studies name this practice as the mechanism that changed them.

  • A daily practice you can run anywhere
  • Named in 12 of 14 testimonials as the mechanism of change
  • Foundation: Hermetic polarity · Eastern philosophy

Stream 03 · Identity pillars

Build your identity on five pillars, not one.

A man with one pillar is one bad week from identity collapse. We build five, body, mind, career, relationships and purpose, so when one leg gives out, the other four hold you while you fix it.

  • Audit all five pillars and start with the weakest
  • Diversify, so a career setback stays a career setback
  • Clients call it "the columns" without being told to

Stream 04 · Attachment

Stop repeating the same dynamic with the next partner.

Name the anxious, avoidant, or disorganised pattern. Understand where it was installed. Train the muscle that holds your own centre while staying present to hers.

  • Pedestal and Pit, the dynamic that quietly kills attraction
  • Dissolve the gap and meet her as an equal, from your own centre
  • Foundation: Bowlby attachment + perceptual balancing

I built this because I needed it first.

I'm based in Sydney, and I've spent seven years doing this one on one — 231 men across 21 countries. The method didn't come from certifications; I built it out of my own collapse and recovery, then refined it on every man since.

"The behavioural fixes are everywhere. What nobody showed me was how to change the architecture of my mind, so that's what I built."

  • Foundations: Jungian psychology · Eastern philosophy · Hermetic polarity

The structure

Three things make the change stick.

The Academy is a structured process, not a content library. Three things run at once, and together they break the pattern within twelve weeks.

Pillar · 01

Pattern Break

The first job is to interrupt the loop you can describe but can't exit. The MindClear practice neutralises the charge driving the behaviour, not by suppressing it, but by balancing the perception underneath it.

  • Name the recurring pattern in your own words
  • Find the equal and opposite perception
  • Neutralise the charge with daily practice
  • The trigger stops firing instead of getting managed
Pillar · 03

Environment

On a bad week you fall back to whatever's around you. So we make what's around you a small group of men running the same protocol, me in your corner, and a structure that holds when your motivation drops.

  • A small cohort of men, not a community feed
  • Me in your corner, not a content library you watch alone
  • A structure your future self can't quit on a bad week
  • Held until the new pattern is the default
Pillar 01 · Pattern Break, in practice

The six programs that break the pattern.

Pattern Break runs as six programs, not one technique, and each interrupts the loop you can describe but can't exit. Your personal Game Plan sequences them on the onboarding call, in the order that matches where you're actually stuck.

Find the nexus eventsRepair the holesRebuild the measure
01Self Worth Rebuild

Rebuild your self worth.

Formative wounds, a parent's words, a public failure, the day belonging got conditional, punched holes in the bucket. External wins pour in and drain straight back out. We find the events, rewrite the beliefs they installed, and move the measure of worth off external metrics that can never be won.

02MindClear Process

Neutralise the charge.

The reactive patterns aren't running on personality. They're running on charged perceptions stuck to old events. We surface each charge, find the equal and opposite view underneath, and hold both sides until the charge neutralises. Ben went from panic attacks twice a month to one in six months. Dylan's recovery shortened from weeks to minutes.

03Advanced Inner Work

Integrate the father and mother wounds.

The parts you disowned in childhood, anger, ambition, neediness, softness, didn't disappear. They ran underground and started running you. We map the shadow, integrate the father and mother wounds, and reclaim the Golden Shadow: the disowned strengths you buried because they were too much.

04Self Discovery Process

Define the man you want to be.

Most men borrow their definition of success from parents, peers and culture. We reverse engineer your actual values from how your life already runs, then design V2: the traits, principles and standards of the man you're becoming. Each daily action gets linked back to V2, so values stop being abstract.

Trace the nice guy woundReclaim assertionBoundaries as clarity
05Nice Guy to Assertive Man

Stop being the nice guy who can't say no.

Most assertiveness training fails because it installs words on top of an approval seeking pattern, and the pattern fires faster than the words when approval is on the line. We work the loop underneath, where saying yes became safer than saying who you are. Boundaries become clarity, not weapons.

06Mastering Relationships

Fix how you show up with her.

The internal work has to land in how you actually show up with a partner. We work attachment patterns, the People Pleaser, Fighter and Integrated Lover positions, and the pedestal and pit dynamic that destroys attraction even when the surface behaviour looks right.

Before you ask

Straight answers before you apply.

How is this different from therapy?+
Therapy gives you insight, and most men arrive here with plenty of it. The Academy is a structured program: a specific mechanism (perceptual balancing), daily reps, and me reviewing the actual work. As Jaiden put it: "Journaling, meditating, therapy... it doesn't really help unless you have someone guide you through it."
I've already read the books and done the research.+
So had most of the men here. The bottleneck was never information — it's structure. The rabbit hole never ends: attachment styles, shadow work, another podcast, another framework. What changes the pattern is sequence, repetition, and feedback on your actual reps, not more information.
Is this red pill stuff?+
The opposite. Red pill hands you tactics for managing women, and the men who go down that road usually come back more bitter and more alone. The work here is integration. The nice guy dynamic destroys attraction because it's dishonest, and the fix is a man with his own centre who doesn't need tactics.
I'm not in a relationship. Will this still help?+
Yes. The work is identity first and relationships downstream, and close to half the men in the Academy are single when they start. You build the self worth, the pillars and the attachment awareness now, so the next relationship starts from a different place than the last one did.
How long before something changes?+
We won't promise speed. Identity level work takes months, not days. What clients report early is a change in recovery time: emotional charges that used to take weeks to settle start dropping in minutes once the practice lands. The deeper change compounds from there.
What does it cost?+
There are three tiers, and most men don't need the top one. On the Game Plan call I'll tell you what each costs and which one you don't need. We don't discount, and there's no lock in at any tier. The price is part of the filter for men who are serious about changing.
What if it isn't for me?+
Every tier carries a two week window. You'll do your onboarding call, get your Game Plan, sit a live group call and meet the cohort inside the first 14 days. That's enough to know. If it's wrong, you leave inside the window, and Silver's window is a full unconditional refund.
